Last Saturday the Skeet 100 and Sporting 100 was held in very unpleasant weather conditions. One man who was not very bothered with the weather shot a perfect score at Skeet. Well done to Gabriel on his first 100 straight!

 

Second place went to Johann Junior on 94 (nice to see you back on the range) and Johann Senior third on 93. Handicap was won by Gabriel, with Arnold Stoch second and Carlos third. Eight shooters took part.

 

The Sporting was won by Mathew on 86, with Dave second on 82 and Hayden third on 80. A class was won by Nigel Fossey, B class went to Gabriel and only one contestant for C class.  Thirteen shooters took part.

 

This Saturday we will host the ATA Trap and Skeet 100 club competitions starting at 11h00. Both events are also Western Cape Trials. Please make an effort to attend and watch the Rugby afterwards.

 

Some of our Sporting shooters will attend the Morgenrood Sporting shoot in Swellendam this weekend. This event is also the “Six a Side’ club championship, so we ask our members to shoot well and bring the trophy back to Valley!
