Valley Gun Club, nestled below the Simonsberg Mountain in the lush vineyards of the Paarl Valley is one of the largest Clay target shooting clubs in South Africa. The club, set on 40 hectares of fynbos rich country, boasts ten trap ranges, two skeet ranges, a Universal trench range, two fully automated Compact Sporting ranges and a state of the art Olympic trap range. Our spacious clubhouse is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen and shower facilities. For those wanting to relax after a good days shooting our fully licensed bar facilities are available. Valley has recently built a magnificent new armoury which sells arms and ammunition at very competitive prices. Visitors are welcome to purchase ammunition and try out any of our numerous shotguns we have on offer. 

Club shoots are held weekly on Wednesdays from 14h00 and Saturdays from 11h00. The club is open to members and visitors on Tuesdays to Saturday from 08h00. Anyone wishing to shoot during these times should call our manager, Niel, at the club to make arrangements.

Valley Gun Club hosted  the very successful 9th World DTL Championship in March 2010.
